telecommunications, Women in Cable
Telecommunications (WICT) is at the forefront of
an industry undergoing constant change. WICT
develops women leaders who transform our

The Greater Chicago Chapter is dedicated to delivering on this mission.
The Chapter received two awards in 2007 and we
repeated with an Inspire Award win for 2008!
Chicago received national
recognition with these awards:
- 2007 & 2008 WICT Inspire. And Others Will Follow - this award is granted to all
chapters who exceed criteria outlined by National, including membership
growth, program quality and effective Board management.
- 2007 WICT Mentoring Excellence Award - recognizes the considerable
success of our Rising Star Mentoring Program
